- Mall opened on 1.3.22. This small mall, is gearing towards a boutique tenancy mix. NLA 41k sq ft.
- Majority of the current tenants are local (penang based) businesses. Next to the mall (seamlessly connected) is Ascot Gurney Hotel and Serviced Residences.
- The hotel attracts about 30% of its business from extended stay (ie those staying more than 3 months), especially from medical tourism.
- We do not have a large concourse for huge bid events, but more towards specialised, niche events/promo.

- We wish to tuck in all things beauty and wellness. We only have 3 units to fill in for now, but in 2024, we hope to extend this rest of the floor (currently its tenanted by a club and has not access via the mall).
- Both Spa and medical fitness just opened on 1.7.22
- My wishlist would be along the lines of hair centre, aesthetic clinic, podiatary. It can also be a specialty business selling hearing aid, for example.
- Good for those requiring post-medical teraphy, as they can stay in the hotel next door.
